Reservations
All bookings made through this site are confirmed upon availability, subject to all conditions highlighted during the booking process. Changes to reservations must be made up to 24 hours prior to departure. Changes to bookings in high season or holiday can not be guaranteed as they are subject to availability.
Payments
The payment you make to Amazon Amazing Tours consists of a booking fee and an advance deposit of 50% to guarantee the reservation, except in high season or on holidays, when 100% of the prepayment is required. To qualify for a refund of the deposit, please refer to the Terms and Conditions received at the time of your reservation. You must pay the remaining balance in local currency upon arrival at the port / place of embarkation. For each reservation, the currency of payment is the Brazilian Real, Euro, US Dollar or British Pound, as determined at the time of your reservation. The payment is settled in the amount quoted at the time of booking. No additional charge is made by this site with respect to your payment transaction or currency exchange rates. However, you may have to pay additional exchange rates from your bank or credit card company.
Cancellations
Reservations made on this site may be canceled, however, we work with the following cancellation policy:
Up to 72 hours before 09:00 on the day of the tour: 50% refund. (When there is an advance, there will be a 50% refund of the advance of the reservation, if it has not been 100% paid).
Up to 24 hours before 09:00 on the day of the tour, upon presentation of a signed and stamped medical certificate, death certificate of direct relatives (parents, children, siblings and spouse) there will be a 90% refund.
After the tours are made, there will be no refund, except in cases of cancellation by Amazon Amazing Tours for meteorological or operational reasons.
Important: The card operator or bank operator of the transaction may take time to credit the refund, we ask for your patience and for more information, we suggest contacting your issuing bank.
Non-attendance (No show)
If there is no show on the day of the tour, there will be no refund.
Important: if there is no telephone contact and the guest is not at the hotel or at the pick up point at the scheduled time, it will be considered No show.
Prohibitions and Recommendations
It is expressly prohibited: to hold, grab, carry, hurt, take along, among others, animals and plants, trees etc … IBAMA, the Brazilian Institute of Environment and Natural Resources controls the social media of companies of the branches as well as social networks of people who bought walks and post the photos online. The same applies fines that can reach 100 thousand reais and injunctions to tourists and entities that do not respect the prohibitions.
We recommend that our customers always use life-jackets for added safety during the tour, especially when there are children in the group.
Legal exemptions from liability
We are exempt from comments and opinions made by bloggers, digital influencers, youtubers among others who do not have a contract with the company, we reiterate that Amazon Amazing Tours is a company that values human and animal rights and plants, we respect all religions, beliefs, races, sexualities, nationalities, physical and psychological well-being of everything and everyone etc …
